When you request a fence estimate — through our online booking form, by phone, or in person — we collect your name, phone number, email address, and property address, along with details about your fence project.
Your information is used solely to provide our services: preparing estimates and proposals, scheduling appointments, communicating about your project (including by SMS text message and email if you opt in), invoicing, and warranty service.
If you provide your phone number and consent, we send text messages about your estimate, appointments, and project. Message frequency varies — typically 1–5 messages around an estimate or installation, and up to 4 follow-up messages if we're unable to reach you. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS consent, or any text-messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Customer records are retained for business, warranty, and legal purposes and are protected with access controls and encrypted connections. We do not store payment card numbers.
