Blue Bird Fence sends text messages (SMS) to customers and prospective customers who provide their phone number when requesting a fence estimate — through our online booking form, by phone, or in person. Messages include: estimate and proposal notifications, appointment confirmations and reminders, requests for project photos, project scheduling and status updates, and follow-ups about your inquiry.
By submitting your phone number on our booking form (with the consent checkbox), or by verbally providing your number and agreeing to receive updates by text, you consent to receive SMS messages from Blue Bird Fence. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your project. Typically 1–5 messages around an estimate or installation, and up to 4 follow-up messages if we're unable to reach you by phone.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Blue Bird Fence does not charge for text messages.
